Most 3 wheel double buggies are designed as single pushchairs. However, some models can be converted to accept the second seat using adapters. Some models allow you to add an extra board for older children who are ready to walk but require assistance.

It can accommodate twins starting at birth and accepts two car seats, or a carrycot with seat. Suspension
